Day two of the Inter-high has begun, and the riders leave the starting line in the order they finished on the first day. Sakamichi and Teshima pedal to catch up to Imaizumi and Naruko in the lead, but Kaburagi notices hes feeling strange. Meanwhile, Hakone Academy maintains a slow pace in order to meet up with their shot caller Kuroda. Not feeling well, Kaburagi is eventually separated from his team.
